Notwithstanding anything contained in Clause (a) of Section 7, the following may be done for reading without the permission of the author or copyright owner without adversely affecting the financial rights of the author or copyright owner:- (a) Quotation, writing or audio visual To reproduce a short part of a published work by means of,
(b) to reproduce, transmit and perform any part of the composition for the purpose of educational activities presented in class.
(2) All copies reproduced in accordance with sub-section (1) shall mention the source and author's name.
